Draft agenda for the 9th Feb meeting will be sent out before the end of the week (being approved by Dave Britton). The format will be a series of site updates (12 month overview in 10 to 20 minutes), some subject area forward look. There will be a (unified) monitoring emphasis. The meeting will start at about 10am.

Durham.

Server certificates expired, and were replaced by Mike on Friday. Cfengine was "helpfully" replacing them with the expired certs until Monday, however, so Nagios failures continued until things were fixed.

Additionally, the SE had a small BDII issue, caused by it not knowing its own hostname. Dave + Sam resolved this.

CVMFS: Sam configured the cvmfs install and cfengine scripts to manage it, Mike got a squid (post-facto: Mike got this working in the afternoon after this meeting, and cvmfs system now works on randomly tested nodes).

disk02 will be fixed when Mike has free time to reinstall it.

DRI purchase: order is placed. Will follow up with Mark on additional purchases.

ECDF

Andy:
A lot of time has been spent on the various spending processes (DRI + Grid procurement).

SL4 migration: we have 1 CE (which could just be switched off), and Wahid is looking to upgrade the SE.

Glasgow

Mark: Spending far too much time on our DRI and Grid procurements.
Otherwise, everything is generally okay.

Dave:
GGUS 78539: ticket is still open because the ticketer hasn't actually answered Brian's question yet.

Ongoing issues with our CEs/batch server. Gareth + David have been looking at this, with svr008 and svr014 (mostly waiting jobs).

SL4 migration: there shouldn't be a huge issue, as most of the nodes are non-critical - VOMS server, WMS are the only critical(ish) ones. The WMS migration should happen now we've worked out what the issue with our SL5 install was (EMI WMSen don't want an LB server on the same box). The only strongly affected VO would be Pheno, so Dave will keep in touch with Mike about this.
SL4 DPM migration will be resolved as: the very oldest disk servers will be retired when the new disk arrives, the Viglen nodes will be migrated to SL5 during the ATLAS LFC downtime (6-9 Feb).
